We all have questions. Here are a few common ones…

  • I submitted the application. Now what?
    • You will receive an email from myself over the next few days. In that email, there will be a welcome packet and any questions I may have. Following that, you will receive a waiver to sign, invoice, and invitation to MyStrengthBook. Once these three things are complete, I will get your program out to you by the following Sunday.
  • Is this only for powerlifters?
    • Not at all! I specialize in working with individuals who want to get STRONG, but that doesn’t mean you have to compete or “be a powerlifter.”
  • Do you train males?
    • I do! Much of my marketing does focus towards females wanting to get strong, but I have several male clients on the roster! I love working with each person individually – regardless of their gender 🙂
  • Do I need access to a gym?
    • For much of the programming style that I use, having access to a barbell will be important, however, I will work with you towards your goals even if you don’t have access to a gym.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    • Payment plans are not advertised, however, please ask me about options if cost is a concern.
  • Can I cancel at any time?
    • I’d be so sorry to see you go, but understand sometimes we have different needs and priorities. I appreciate a 2 week notice prior to next payment to cancel
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    • No, meal plans are outside my scope of practice. I am not a doctor or registered dietitian. I can provide general nutritional guidance and macro recommendation, however, always consult your physician or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health..
